Vacancy for the temporary post of Project Associate (JRF/SRF) for CSIR sponsored project in Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Kanpur

Applications are invited for the following post:

Post: Project Associate (JRF/SRF)

No. of Post: One

Project Title: Nonplanar Metallo-porphyrins and Implications for the Hemoproteins.

Emoluments: Rs. 10,000- Rs. 24,000/ per month + other allowances as per CSIR guidelines and Institute rules

The position is purely temporary and for 1 year initially. After the first year the tenure could be extended subject to satisfactory performance.

Educational qualification:
JRF/SRF: M.Sc (specialization in Inorganic Chemistry) with GATE or NET qualified / same as JRF + 2 years of research experience.
