Recruitment for the post of Post Doctoral Fellow and Senior Research Fellow for the sponsored project undertaken in Department of Chemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai

1. Post: Post Doctoral Fellow
No. of Post: One
Consolidated salary: Rs. 30000/- p.m.
Qualification:
- PhD in Biochemistry / Microbiology with publication record and Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidates with GATE / CSIR qualification will be given preference.
- Experience in biochemical and molecular biology techniques.
- Research experience with micro-algae.
- Experience in handling computer controlled bioreactors.
2. Post: Post Doctoral Fellow
No. of Post: One
Consolidated salary: Rs. 30000/- p.m.
Qualification:
- PhD in Chemical Engineering with publication record and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Candidates with GATE / CSIR qualification will be given preference.
- Experience in modeling and simulation of reaction networks.
- Candidates with BTech / MTech in chemical engineering with exceptional academic record will also be considered at appropriate levels of salary.
3. Post: Senior Research Fellow
No. of Post: One
Consolidated salary: Rs. 16000/- p.m.
Qualification: MSc in Biochemistry / Microbiology with 2 years of research experience and publication record with excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates with GATE / CSIR qualification will be given preference. Experience in biochemical and molecular biology techniques desirable.
4. Post: Senior Research Fellow
No. of Post: One
Consolidated salary: Rs. 16000/- p.m.
Qualification: MSc / MTech in Bioinformatics with 2 years of research experience and publication record with excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates with GATE / BINC / CSIR qualification will be given preference. Should be conversant with programming languages and use of bioinformatic tools / databases.
