Vacancies for the post of Project Associate, Sr. Project Associate, Project Engineer, Deputy Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager in Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Kanpur

1. Post: Project Associate
Essential Qualification: B.Tech or M.Sc with Computer Science + 1 year experience
Salary range: 15000 – 1500 – 30000
Desirable: Experience in good knowledge of PHP/Drupal, Java/ J2EE Web technologies, CMS like Drupal. Having hands on experience with semantic web and related technologies will be preferred.

2. Post: Sr. Project Associate
Essential Qualification: B.Tech or M.Sc with Computer Science + 2 year experience
Salary range: 18000 – 1800 – 36000
Desirable: Experience in good knowledge of PHP/Drupal, Java/ J2EE Web technologies, CMS like Drupal. Having hands on experience with semantic web and related technologies will be preferred.

3. Post: Project Engineer
Essential Qualification: M.Tech or B.Tech with Computer Science + 3 Years Experience
Salary range: 22000 – 2200 – 44000
Desirable: Experience in good knowledge of PHP/Drupal, Java/ J2EE Web technologies, CMS like Drupal. Having hands on experience with semantic web and related technologies will be preferred.

4. Post: Project Mechanic
Essential Qualification: High School + ITI or High School + 5 years relevant experience
Salary range: 7000 – 700 – 14000
Desirable: Server maintenance, Hardware & Networking, Hindi & English Typing.
Graphic designing works like as Corel Draw, Flash, Adobe Premier, Photoshop, Interior and Landscape design, HTML.

5. Post: Project Manager
Essential Qualification: First class post graduate degree + 8 years relevant experience
Salary range: 20000 – 2000 – 40000
Desirable: Experience in good knowledge of Java, JSP/PHP, Web technologies, CMS like Drupal. Experience with semantic web and related technologies will be preferred.
Or
The Candidate must have Post Graduate degree with first class, from reputed institute/university and atleast 8 years experience with working on project management. This would include compiling project financial reports. The candidate should have good knowledge to maintain editorial activities. The candidate should also have the ability to conduct national/International workshop & conference, meeting & hospitality.

6. Post: Deputy Project Manager
Essential Qualification: Post graduate (MBA/MCA/M.Com./M.Sc./MA) + 5 years relevant experience.
Salary range: 16000 – 1600 -32000
Desirable: Experience in good knowledge of Java, JSP/PHP, Web technologies, CMS like Drupal. Experience with semantic web and related technologies will be preferred.
Or
Candidates with working experience in the field of research relating to agriculture, rural livelihood will be preferred. The candidate should have good knowledge of content editing, preparing project reports, keeping workshop records, and minutes of meeting.

7. Post: Assistant Project Manager
Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate (MBA/MCA/M.Com./M.Sc./MA)
Salary Range: 11000 – 1100 – 22000
Desirable: Experience in good knowledge of Java, JSP/PHP, Web technologies, CMS like Drupal. Experience with semantic web and related technologies will be preferred.
Or
Experience in extension services in the domain of Agriculture will be preferred. Exposure to computers is essential. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
