Post: Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

No. of Post: Two

Project Title: Transgenics in crop plants (Maize Functional Genomics Component)

Emoluments (Fixed) PM: Rs. 16,000 + 30% HRA

Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Genetics / Plant breeding / Biotechnology / Plant Molecular Biology / Botany / Biochemistry / Bioinformatics / Equivalent degree.

Interview Schedule: The interview of eligible candidates will be held on 16th June, 2012 at 10.00 AM. in the chamber of Head, Division of Genetics, IARI, New Delhi 110012.

Reporting time: 9:30 AM

The candidates will have to bring a copy of bio-data, original certificates, attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and an attested copy of recent passport size photograph. The original degree of Master of Science or provisional is essentially to be brought while attending the interview, failing which candidate will not be allowed to attend the interview.

The candidate intending to visit for interview, if any of his near or distant relative is an employee of the ICAR / IARI, have to declare his / her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in advance in writing so as to reach Head, Division of Genetics, by 12th June, 2012.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
