Walk-in-Interview for the following post:

Post: Junior Research Fellows

No. of Post: Two

Project Title: National Network programme on lichens: Bioprospecting its secondary compounds and establishing cultures and collections.

Essential Qualifications:
- 1st class M.Sc. in Biochemistry / Bio-technology / Life Science
- Clearance of CSIR-UGC / NET Exam of JRF.

Monthly stipend: Rs.16000/- (fixed) + HRA

Age limit: 28 yeas (5 yrs. relaxation for SC/ST/OBC & female).

Last date for submission of prescribed application: 21.05.2012 up to 17.00 hrs.

Date & time of Walk-In-Interview: Tentatively during 1st week of June 2012, exact date & time will be displayed alongwith short-list of candidate on 28.05.2012.

In case of non-availability of qualified JRF, candidates having M.Sc. (as above with at least 55% marks) may be considered for Research Studentship on stipend @ Rs.11000/- (fixed) p.m.

Candidates fulfilling above conditions may apply in the prescribed format available on the Institute’s website along with attested copies of qualifications, certificates, passport size photograph, caste certificate issued by competent authority (for reserved category) and application fee of Rs. 50/-, payable by Demand Draft only in favor of Agharkar Research Institute, Pune, up to 21.05.2012.
