Recruitment for the post of Junior Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow for CSIR sponsored project in Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, Hyderabad

Post: JRF / SRF
Project Title: Evolution of nanostructure and mechanical properties during severe plastic deformation of materials: Critical evaluation of the role of solution hardening and stacking fault energy.
Eligibility: The ideal candidate should be NET / GATE qualified:
BE / BTech / ME / MTech in Materials / Metallurgical Engineering with strong background in Physical / Mechanical Metallurgy with 65% or 7/10 CGP.
Exceptional candidates having BE / BTech ME / MTech in Mechanical Engineering and excellent domain knowledge in theory of crystal plasticity
or
MSc in Physics with excellent knowledge in the areas of X?ray crystallography may also be considered
