20. Scholarship Program: 2012 Orange Masters Scholarships for Students from India, France

Brief Scholarship Description: The French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (Ministère des Affaires étrangères et européennes [MAEE]) and Orange create a programme to host and support high-level foreign students in France.
