Insearch of Passion:

The World is not enough, or tomorrow never dies—- For dreamers & passionate it’s always countless & destination undefined. To pursue an unconditional route—- the learning/ returns are numerous, the core things vested in our belief & to explore the journey with open-mindedness. The fear of youth insecurity towards settlement & income generation reflects the percentages of professionals contributing towards this segment are very less. That’s,  not about the mindset of the professionals- but because of the education foundation as well as social insecurity that explains- less risk taking approach in a country like India. But, the Gen “Y” concepts are changing— as the market dynamics fluctuates from time to time.

If we talk about a country like USA—where most of them are migrants— specially from Europe , their contribution with dedication & struggle for life & living defines them as a higher Risk taker & become leader/ CEO/ Entrepreneurs etc, & so called & lead by examples. Even, the recent visit of OBAMA (President), was to connect IND-US venture for better trade/commerce , employment opportunities, thereby promoting investment pattern & entrepreneurship & also explains about Flexible policy making for better exchange of Research & Development & Educational agenda at large that build the eco-system towards better networking & platform for empowering knowledge & economic development.

But the mindset of youths are diverting now a days as per the competitive edge follows. Professionals start taking risks investing their time/ energy in a platform that defines value addition towards people, society & environment. The main theme towards risk taking approach is the pleasure of knowing the unknowing & bring in innovative pieces that nurtures change making aspects in different perspectives  staring from business, career, education, society, etc. Investing time is extraordinary venture— it’s a diversified experience we will gain for lifetime, wherever we goes. Some examples of platforms that explain about innovative ways of building career portfolio after finishing/ pursuing education are:

a) Tata Jagriti Yatra- a platform to showcase our Business acumen.

They also supported with Action learning protocols as well as better networking skills for career enhancements once professionals finish their assignments or contribution, at the same time they have given a complete support for employment purpose & financial support to start up their ventures.

To contribute towards certain things which are not defined or planned are sometimes meaningful, though plans are important from career point of view to know our own core & accept reality that defines our education/ knowledge on the basis we will build up our career foundation. Every journey in career perspectives is meaningful & challenging, “As Competitions Nurture US, & we defined Our Horizon”—- so choose career options that are categorized & unique for our own Career articulation.
