Recruitment for the post of Senior Researcher, Research Associate in Centre for Studies in Science Policy, School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi

Applications are invited for the following post:

Project Title: Pathways for Environmental Health in Transitional Spaces: Moving Between Formality and Informality

1. Post: Part time Senior Researcher
No. of Post: One
Pay: Rs. 25000 p.m.
Essential: PhD in Science Policy Studies or closely related studies only.
Desirable: Research experience of working on issues related to technology, environment and policy process in the urban context for at least two years. Experience of working on international project/s would be an advantage.

2. Post: RA
No. of Post: One
Pay: Rs. 18000 p.m.
Essential: Masters in Engineering / Science / Social Sciences
Desirable: MPhil in Science Policy or closely related field. Candidate with knowledge of urban waste management issues and emerging technologies of generating waste to energy will be preferred. Should have at least 1-2 years of experience of doing fieldwork.

3. Post: RA
No. of Post: One
Pay: Rs. 18000 p.m.
Essential: Masters in Social Work / Social Sciences
Desirable: MPhil in Community Health. Should have at least 1-2 years of experience of doing fieldwork. Candidate with knowledge of usage of wastewater, pesticides etc. for farming in urban/rural context will be preferred.
